The c 130 Hercules is a modern aircraft used in many countries as a very important part of their army. This plane was primarily designed to move big equipment and soldiers to far destinations.

 

Different from fighter planes, which are very small and reach sound speed, the c 130 has capacity for almost a hundred people and weighs more than 30.000 kg. This aircraft has some noted parts that make it different from other planes. It counts on two wings with huge turbine engines that propels it through the sky. The c 130 Hercules also has a huge door on his tail which is used by skydivers to jump and to throw equipment. Its cockpit has capacity for more than one pilot, so the flight is improved and more secure.

 

This plane has completed a lot of missions all over the world in the last century. The Spanish Air Force has been using it for almost 50 years and it has travelled to nearly all destinations with its army.

 

In conclusion, even though the c 130 has more than half century, it is still used around the world for a lot of different purposes which makes it feel as modern as its first day.
