The C-130 Hercules is a plane that was created in the 80s by the Americans. This aeroplane is a Turboprop military aircraft designed by Boeing.
Focusing on its appearance, at first sight is really impactful because of its huge size. With their giant wings, the C-130 Hercules is capable of lifting all the weight that it has to support. On the wings we can differentiate the ailerons, that control the roll of the plane, and the flaps, which increase the lift of the aeroplane. In the tail of the C-130 Hercules we find the horizontal stabilizer (which controls pitch), and the vertical stabilizer with the rudder (that controls yaw). In the cockpit of this plane fit four people (two pilots, a mechanic and the communications men). The landing gear is one of the most important parts of this plane, because of its characteristics, this plane is able to take off and land almost everywhere.
