Boeing AH-64 Apache is an attack helicopter made by the American industry. It is an advanced multi-role helicopter due to the different areas and surfaces that can be operated by this military aircraft. Also, it is used by lots of armies around the world, such as the Russian Airforce, US Airforce… Taking this into account, the Apache has accumulated millions of hours during its forty years of active and operative service.
Additionally, it has a four-blade main rotor and a four-blade tail rotor. The Apache is powered by two turbo engines that provides the necessary strength to win every fight and to cover and protect the troops deployed on the enemy’s side. The crew is formed by the pilot and the co-pilot, who is the gunner. Moreover, it is armed by a chain gun, and it is equipped with missiles which can destroy a tank. Besides, it has a powerful cowling that acts like a shield during an attack to the aircraft.
Therefore, Boeing AH-64 Apache has made crucial performs throughout missions and wars, like Bin Laden’s hunt, against Al-Qaeda that have been recorded legendary films where the Apache comes to be the key of the combat.
