Modern aircrafts can perform countless maneuvers. Therefore, the aim of the present essay is to unfold the possible operations which could be done by a plane. Here are some of the most used maneuvers by aircrafts nowadays.

Firstly I´m going to explain the immelmann which is a very useful maneuver. It consists of a 180 degree change of direction. It starts with a level flight which allows you to make a half loop. When the aircraft has finished this, it has to make a 180º roll to bring the aircraft back level. Another famous movement made by aircrafts is the high-g barrel roll, which is a mix of a loop and a snap roll. This maneuver is more violent than a normal barrel roll but also more effective. 

Apart from these two movements, there are a lot more that are used in combat or in exhibitions such as the Split-S, Pitchback, Wingover and Low-Yo-Yo. All of them have to be correctly studied and practised by the pilots, because doing them they usually risk their life.
