 Nowadays, radio communnications are important in all areas of our daily life, but specifically in aircraft, where communications between the pilot and the control tower are essential, or between two pilots of different aircraft. We are going to present several reasons why these radio communications are so important.

Firstly, we need to think that an accident could be a result of a misinterpretation of the information, so this information must be clear. For that, this communication must be through the phonetical alphabet using words such as “Charlie” that represents the letter C to give coordinates for example. This information needs to include prowords as “roger”, “over”, “say again” or “go ahead”. For example, in military missions, this information must be encrypted so that the enemies cannot know where the allied troops are or what their plans are for the success of the mission.

To sum up, communnications in aircrafts is one of the most important element, for the security of the passengers in case, is as important as mechanical elements. Remember this short sentence: “a poor communication may be the failure of a misión.”
