WRITING 3 ALEJANDRO GALLARDO LÓPEZ

When it comes to talking about war aircrafts, it is imposible not to highlight the C-130 Hercules due to its ability to accomplish a really wide range of purposes, always focused on transport.

There is no doubt that the main characteristic that makes this aeroplane so special is its size, and that is mainly caused by its tremendously big fuselage, which gives it highly strong properties in terms of structure. Furthermore, it is known that it has 4 turbo-prop engines designed to give it the power needed to stay flying during large periods of time.

In addition, and due to the fixed-wings it has, the C-130 Hercules counts with horizontal stabilizers, vertical stabilizers, flaps and a smooth rudder that dotates the plane with a secure control of himself, which is always needed to carry out heavy-weighted missions such as deliveries, humanitarian support, etc. One fact we can not forget to mention is the medium-sized cockpit is has, providing the pilot with an intense feeling of comfortability.

Taking all the facts mentioned previously into account, we can strongly affirm that the C-130 Hercules is one of the best aircrafts ever designed refering to war purposes.
